NURA Energetic Wellness Therapy is performed over a 2 hour period covering 7 different phases.
1. Fractal Alignment - 20 mins
Aligns the joints to relieve pressure on the nerves thereby releasing energy blockages within the body, cleanses the energy channels and increases flow of energy throughout the body.
2. Detox Foot Soak – 10 mins
A foot detox using Himalayan rock salt, opens up pores to release blocked toxins.
3. Rejuvenating Hydro Bath – 20 mins
The body is submerged into a Hydro bath tub that increases the body’s metabolism, enhances the intake of nutrients and removal of waste by cells, opens up the skin pores and detoxifies the body.
4. Aromatic Steam – 10 mins
Moist heat from the steam enhances the skin circulation, opens up skin pores, removes dead skin cells and cleanses the respiratory system.
5. Energy Vichy Shower – 5 mins
Closes up the skin pores, washes the toxins away from the body and enhances blood and lymphatic circulation. You will be mesmerized when the energized water hits your back at all the 7 energy channels.
6. Fractal Vitalization - 20 mins
Application of energized oils with Fractal tools on the back, supplying the body with pure life force energy.
7. Total Blissfulness – 20 mins
Lying down on a Fractal bed wrapped in a very special energy disk and lining to create a energy cocoon, this brings about the state of total relaxation, balances the two hemispheres of the brain, improves mental clarity and finally integrates the physical, mental and emotional states of the body.
